  1. Revenue Growth:
    • Total Income saw a significant increase from ₹3,973.58 Cr in Q3FY24 to ₹5,080.04 Cr in Q4FY24, marking a growth of 27.84% quarter-over-quarter (QoQ). For the fiscal year, total income rose from ₹12,765.36 Cr in FY23 to ₹16,433.61 Cr in FY24, showing an impressive annual growth of 28.75%.
    • Revenue from Operations increased by ₹1,108 Cr in Q4FY24 compared to Q3FY24, driven by growth across all three operating segments: Trading Services, Clearing Services, and Other Segments. This suggests a robust expansion in trading activities and increased market participation.
  2. Expenses and Profitability:
    • Total Expenses rose to ₹1,130.74 Cr in Q4FY24 from ₹813.05 Cr in Q3FY24, a QoQ increase of 38.99%. The annual expenses also grew by 38.37% from ₹2,608.83 Cr in FY23 to ₹3,608.90 Cr in FY24, primarily due to regulatory fees and other expenses.
    • Despite higher expenses, Net Profit increased from ₹1,975.34 Cr in Q3FY24 to ₹2,487.84 Cr in Q4FY24, and from ₹7,355.99 Cr in FY23 to ₹8,305.74 Cr in FY24. This indicates effective cost management and an ability to scale profitably.
  3. Earnings Per Share (EPS):
    • The EPS increased from ₹39.90 in Q3FY24 to ₹50.25 in Q4FY24, and year-on-year from ₹148.58 to ₹167.79. This enhancement in EPS reflects the company’s strong profitability and earning capacity.
  4. Net Worth and Shareholder Returns:
    • The Net Worth of the company increased by 17.05% from ₹20,480.38 Cr in FY23 to ₹23,973.88 Cr in FY24, underscoring solid growth in equity.
    • A dividend of ₹90/- per share has been declared for FY24, coupled with a bonus issue of 4:1, which is typically a sign of confidence in the company’s future prospects and a strategy to reward shareholders.
